Sent the item back and then got stuck in what I’ll call the Refund Olympics. It took nearly 4 weeks to get my money back, and I had to chase them 3 times before anything actually happened. Every reply felt like another round of “please wait” from the delay department. it dragged on way too long and has really put me off ordering from them again

My order came through fine and everything arrived without any issues. The shop itself seems decent, so it’s not even about that — it’s more that the postage felt a bit steep for what I was buying. I’d probably use them again, but I do wish the delivery cost was cheaper or at least a bit clearer before getting to checkout.

Gave it a second try hoping the experience would be better, but it was still a letdown. I got charged and then barely heard anything after that, with no real updates to ease the concern. i wouldn’t buy from them again.

I tried to exchange an item the whole thing just dragged on way longer than it should have. The replies were slow and not always clear (which made it even more frustrating), and I had to follow up more than once just to keep things moving. In the end, it really didn’t feel worth the hassle. The tracking updates didn’t really tell me much, so I kept having to check it myself. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t really need it anymore. The item itself might be fine, but the delivery was slower than other places I’ve used where..

The product info didn’t really line up with what showed up. I mean, it wasn’t what I was expecting based on the listing, and then I had to double-check everything because I thought maybe I missed something. Kind of annoying, honestly.

I’ll say the place had a decent vibe and the staff seemed nice, which I appreciated. But the prices felt way too high for the quality you get, and it just didn’t feel like good value at all. I left disappointed. That said, I can see the potential if they adjusted the pricing or improved the quality a bit.

The box arrived all smashed up, which was disappointing. I don’t really care for all the polished “we take quality seriously” type of company talk if the packaging can’t even make it to my door in decent shape.

I ordered a few bits from realworldstore.co.uk and everything turned up just like I’d picked it, the sizes were right, the colours matched and the items were the same as what was on the order email so there wasn’t any messing about or surprises.

Delivery was alright, it wasn’t super quick or anything but it also didn’t take ages, and the packaging was fine enough, nothing damaged and nothing missing which is basically all I really wanted.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because the tracking could’ve been a bit clearer, I had to check a couple times and it wasn’t always obvious what was going on, but in terms of getting the order right they were spot on.
